Today (April 22, 2026), Georgians for a Healthy Future released the Georgia Mental Health Parity Dashboard—a first-of-its-kind tool tracking whether insurance plans are complying with state and federal mental health parity laws. Why This Matters: Too many Georgians still face barriers to mental health and substance use care. Some insurers are not meeting parity standards—even years after the law’s passage. This dashboard brings transparency and accountability to how coverage decisions are made.
